I've been told, i cant remember who by but i think it was in a mag, that if you run a silk scarf over your static hair it gets rid of the static. Think it must work as i recently read again in a wedding mag that you should sleep on silk pillow cases the night before the wedding to stop frizziness and static.

you should rub a little bit of body lotion between your palms and then rub them over your hair . it should help you (=

Hair spray. When I used to wear dresses and hose a lot, if my dress had static and was sticking to my hose a quick shot of aerosol hair spray would take care of it. I live in Oklahoma and we just had a terrible ice storm and my hair gets like that during the winter months.

I just spray on some heat defence spray and blow dry it straight then apply serum through my hair before using starightners or curling tongs on it, the heat helps lock in the frizz for the rest of the day, and u can always carry with you a mini hair serum tube. xx

This sounds strange but in the book The Goddess Guide she recommends stroking a metal coat hanger down either your clothes or your hair and this gets rid of the static. haven't tried it but some of her other tips work so this might well do!

You should get a water spray and spray water in to the air and walk into the water spray as your hair is dry it will pick up the water spray and will lose the static
